Founded in 1971 as a local bakery, Mother's Kitchen is now one of the largest gourmet cheesecake manufacturers in the industry. After quickly outgrowing two buildings, the current Mother's Kitchen facility was built in 1986 and is 105,000 sq. ft.. This premier facility produces and ships up to 40,000 cheesecakes and 2,500 cakes per day. The American Institute of Baking (AIB) has awarded its highest inspection rating to Mother's Kitchen for 4 consecutive years.

Ingredients
Mother's Kitchen uses only the best, farm fresh ingredients - the same as you would use in your own kitchen at home. We bake our cheesecakes using an irresistible blend of real cream cheese, whole eggs, sugar and sour cream. All Mother's products are made with care by skillful bakers who take great pride in their work.

All of our products are O.U.D. Kosher certified.

The classic Wet Bake™ Cheesecake
The secret of Mother's Cheesecake is the classic Wet Bake™ process, where the pan is immersed in water while baking. Rather than using the traditional baking method, we use the wet bake process to make our cheesecakes consistently moist and creamy. This unique method has made Mother's cheesecakes famous for their luscious, smooth, and creamy-rich taste.

Portion Control
Mother's Kitchen was the first company to pre-cut cheesecakes for the foodservice industry. Today, Mother's Kitchen offers a vast assortment of cheesecakes in many sizes, pre-cut to fit almost any need. Mother's has also developed a complete line of single and double serve desserts to fit today's on-the-go lifestyle. A full line of pre-cut gourmet layer cakes debuted in 2002.

Our cheesecakes, pies and layered cakes are carefully protected by shrink wrap to insure product freshness, and our new “tamper evident” cartons add an extra measure of quality assurance.
