Founded in 1971 as a local bakery, Mother's Kitchen is now
one of the largest gourmet cheesecake manufacturers in the
industry. After quickly outgrowing two buildings, the current
Mother's Kitchen facility was built in 1986 and is 105,000
sq. ft.. This premier facility produces and ships up to 40,000
cheesecakes and 2,500 cakes per day. The American Institute
of Baking (AIB) has awarded its highest inspection rating
to Mother's Kitchen for 4 consecutive years.
