RICH PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT
TO ACQUIRE MOTHER’S KITCHEN INC.
BURLINGTON, NJ BASED FINISHED DESSERT MANUFACTURER
Buffalo, N.Y. – Rich Products Corporation, the nation’s
largest family-owned food manufacturer, has announced it has
reached agreement to acquire Mother’s Kitchen Inc.,
a leading manufacturer of premium finished desserts including
gourmet cheesecakes and cakes based in Burlington, NJ
The acquisition includes Mother’s 105,000 sq. ft. Burlington,
NJ manufacturing facility and Mother’s premium brands
including Mothers Kitchen™;
Baby Watson ®; BabyCakes® and Turf®.

outstanding Burlington, NJ manufacturing operations greatly
enhances Rich’s leadership position as a supplier of
premium fully finished desserts to the Foodservice and In-Store

Founded in 1971 as a local bakery, Mother's Kitchen is now
one of the largest cheesecake manufacturers in the industry,
producing 26 varieties of cheesecake and 12 varieties of premium
cakes and pies sold to the foodservice and retail/ins-tore
